On the 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Range Rover PHEV the charging port can be found on the front of the vehicle under a section of grill. This is different than the other models that have the charging port located under the traditional gas cover on the rear quarter panel. The image below shows how exactly to access the charging port.
